Belbin Accreditation Courses
This internationally recognised two- or three-day interactive programme equips team coaches, consultants, leaders, and organisations with a practical, evidence-based toolkit to lift team performance.
Designed for real workplace application, the programme goes beyond theory. Participants learn how to use Belbin Team Roles confidently with individuals, intact teams, and organisations, whether as an internal capability or a professional service offering.
You will develop the depth of understanding and applied skill required to operate as a certified Belbin practitioner, able to translate insight into measurable team impact.
What you will be able to do
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
- Confidently explain the nine Belbin Team Roles, including their origins, relationships, overlaps, and common sources of tension
- Interpret individual Belbin reports to support self-awareness, development, and role clarity
- Deliver feedback using 360° reports so individuals understand how they are perceived and where they add the most value
- Analyse team-level data to identify strengths, gaps, and performance risks
- Profile roles and jobs using Team Roles to support development, succession, and recruitment decisions
- Design and run Belbin-based team workshops that lead to improved collaboration and performance
Learning builds from a strong Belbin foundation into progressively more applied and flexible use, enabling you to adapt the model to different team contexts and organisational needs.

- Format: Two- or three-day interactive programme, online or face to face
- Investment:
- $2,900 + GST (in person)
- $2,500 + GST (online)
- Discounts available for education and not-for-profit organisations
- The fee includes programme delivery, workbook materials, venue and refreshments for face-to-face sessions and assessment and certification by Belbin Associates UK upon successful completion.
